When I think about our 80th anniversary, so many good things come to mind! Things that have been meaningful over these many years. First and foremost, what mostly bubbles to the top is that it is all about YOU — our team members. More than anything else, this anniversary is a celebration of not only YOU as an individual but of what you stand for. Whether you are our newest team member — or are like Jim Slate and Bobby Boles, who both have over 50 years of excellent service — you deserve to be celebrated during this 80th anniversary year.

Why? Why is our company different? What defines us as a company and our employee team? What connects us as a family, even in diverse business lines and geographic regions? What makes us distinctive from our competition?

The answer is simply "YOU." We believe in you as our greatest and most effective resource — period!

Our heritage, culture, and foundation are all grounded by our core ideology and vision mission statement, and we execute to the highest "quality" standard by our initiatives: QTR (Quality Trained and Ready training program), Profit Sharing and 401(k) contributions, Quality Operational Excellence, and our new Wellness Program.
