- Area Supervisor
As Area Supervisor you may oversee four to eight Quality Mart stores. Responsibilities include overseeing
personnel development, sales, and day to day operations of the territory. The position includes a company
car and offers the flexibility and challenge of leading with your own management style.
- Store Manager
As Store Manager you will control sales, merchandising, customer relations, and personnel development.
Quality Mart and its managers are respected as successful leaders in the convenience store industry.
- Assistant Manager
Acting as support to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager also helps with the in-store accounting
and ordering procedures.
- Associates
Each Associate is responsible for customer relations and a myriad of duties which help the company prosper.
As the main link between the customer and Quality Mart, this position is our most vital asset.
- Full and part time
Hours are flexible. Partial day, night shifts to regular full-time schedules are provided.
- Maintenance/Grounds Managers
Responsibilities include total maintenance of convenience store interior and exterior.
