In 2004, Quality Oil Company purchased Brookberry
Farm, the former private country estate of the late Bowman Gray Jr.
The 800+ acres are being
developed as residential and mixed
use properties and will be one of
Winston-Salem’s largest community
developments.
Brookberry Farm will have upscale homes from the upper $300,000s to $2 million, with amenities that are second to none.
Amenities include lakes, trails, fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, croquet lawn, pavilions, and a clubhouse with deep porches and an outdoor fireplace.
Brookberry Farm is between Country Club and Robinhood roads on Meadowlark Drive.
